• Where is the store based?

  Arthabaska, Canada

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I sure do! But please note orders are shipped from Canada, and have to go through customs, so delays may occur.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Which shipping method do you use?

  I ship everything using regular mail to keep costs as low as possible. I am not responsible if the postal service lose a package along the way, sadly.

• How are large prints shipped?

  Large prints will be placed in a waterproof bag, then rolled up in a 4'' roll and placed in a box. If multiple prints are bought, they will be separated in the bag by a sheet of paper. Box will be padded with recycled newspaper as needed.

• How are small prints shipped?

  Small prints will be placed in a waterproof bag with a piece of foam board to prevent bending, then will be shipped in a padded enveloppe. If multiple prints are bought, they will be separated in the bag by a sheet of paper.

• How are stickers shipped?

  Stickers will be placed in a waterproof bag then shipped into a regular enveloppe.

• How are cookie cutters shipped?

  Cookie cutters are simply shipped in a padded enveloppe.

• How are bookmarks shipped?

  Bookmarks are simply shipped in a padded enveloppe.

• How are fabric items shipped?

  Fabric items will be placed in a waterproof bag, then shipped in a box. Recycled newspaper will be used as padding as needed. Small fabric items might be shipped in padded enveloppes as well.

• How are keychains shipped?

  Keychains will be placed in a waterproof bag then shipped into a regular enveloppe.

• When will my order ship?

  Orders will ship on the following weekend after placing an order.
